We offer a Full-time and Part-time options meeting as little as 4 hours once a week to work around any tight schedule, so you can get certified while you work!

CELTA Face-to-Face
Take your CELTA in the heart of Mexico City or in the tropical paradise of Riviera Maya
We offer intensive (4 weeks) Face-to-Face couses in both Mexico City and Playa del Carmen that meet M-F 10am-6pm, so you can study during the week and immerse yourself in the culture on the weekends, whether it be exploring the history and cuisine or Mexico City, or enjoying the tropical breeze as you relax at the beach in Playa del Carmen.

Accommodations
At our IH Mexico campus in Condesa, we can help with shared accommodations with host families, but there are plenty of options on AirBnB for reasonably priced lodging options (as most platforms offer deep “extended-stay” discounts for stays over 3-4 weeks).
At our IH Riviera Maya campus, you can take just the CELTA course and find lodging on your own, or we offer packages with lodging, cultural activities, Spanish classes and tours.
Our Student Residence is located two blocks (5 min walk) from the IH Riviera Maya campus, on 12th Street between Avenue15 and Avenue 20.
CELTA Face-to-Face
We want our candidates to have the best possible CELTA experience they could get in our little tropical paradise.
Taking CELTA in Riviera Maya will allow you to experience this little slice of paradise once you happily graduate from the course, through a range of social activities, tours, and Spanish learning.
We offer different CELTA packages for the adventurous who want to take CELTA and explore Riviera Maya!

Please consider:
Accommodations are usually arranged from Sunday evening before the course begins until Saturday morning after the course ends.
If it is impossible to arrange an arrival and departure times in accordance with these days, extra nights can normally be arranged upon availability.
If you want to share the room with another student at the Residence the extra cost per week is $150 USD without meals and $185 with breakfast.
If you’ll be travelling with a small group or your family, we also have studio and apartment accommodations, upon availability.
